Shannon has been developing and launching her own businesses since 2010, when she started her own nutrition business, wrote and sold over 10,000 copies of her book "Get the Gunk Out" in less than one year, and started her chickpea company Yes, Peas!, where she sold products in over 1000 stores across Canada in less than 2 years. She then went on to sell her chickpea company, having a number of offers on the table. Yes, Peas! was started in her home kitchen and quickly became a nationwide brand, where she had the opportunity to pitch and be offered a deal on Dragons' Den, participate in and win $10,000 for the Notable Ford Fusion Competition, and be featured on Marilyn Denis, CTV, Global News and more.

Shannon understands what growing a business from the ground up is all about. Having started all of her businesses in her home office/kitchen, then taking them to market on a large scale, she knows the ins and outs of taking your passion and turning it into a thriving business.
